RAB21 belongs to the RAB family of small GTP-binding proteins that regulate intracellular vesicle targeting (Opdam et al., 2000 [PubMed 10887961]).[supplied by OMIM, Nov 2008]. Sequence Note: removed 3 bases from the 5' end that did not align to the reference genome assembly.
