NCBI Description of PXK

PXK binds to the Na,K-ATPase beta-1 (ATP1B1; MIM 182330) and beta-3 (ATP1B3; MIM 601867) subunits and modulates both Na,K-ATPase enzymatic and ion pump activities (Mao et al., 2005 [PubMed 16135750]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]. Sequence Note: removed 2 bases from the 3' end that did not align to the reference genome assembly.

Figure notes

• "Mouse over" a mutation to see details.
• Missense green saturation indicates evolutionary conservation of the mutated positions.
• Red hashes in protein strip are splice sites.
• Blue-white-red bars are log2 copy ratio distributions (–1 to +1) from Zack et al. (2013).
