Glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterases (GDPDs; EC 3.1.4.46), such as GDPD5, are involved in glycerol metabolism (Lang et al., 2008 [PubMed 17578682]).[supplied by OMIM, Jan 2010]. Sequence Note: The RefSeq transcript and protein were derived from genomic sequence to make the sequence consistent with the reference genome assembly. The genomic coordinates used for the transcript record were based on alignments.
